yes. our candle refill kits are designed to reuse and refill your existing candle vessels — whether that is our reusable ceramic vessel, or an empty favourite.
our wicks suit vessels around 9cm in diameter. refilling something larger? simply add an additional wick for an even burn. -
while our candle wax pouch is designed for microwave use, stove heating instructions are also available via the qr code on the back of the pouch.

once poured, allow at least 2 hours for your candle to fully set before its first burn.

we use a creamy flaked coconut + soy wax blend that’s sustainably sourced, paraffin-free, cruelty-free, and vegan — chosen for a clean, slow burn and even, room-filling scent throw.

to care for your candle and ensure an even, long-lasting burn:
1. allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the vessel on first light to prevent tunnelling.
2. trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn.
3. avoid burning for longer than four hours at a time, and never leave a candle unattended.
4. when not in use, keep a candle lid on to protect the wax and preserve fragrance between burns. -
we understand that choosing fragrance online can feel uncertain. our fragrance discovery set and discovery candle offer a way to experience our scents before committing to a candle kit, making it easier to find what feels right for you.

yes. sustainability is considered across every part of our packaging — with a focus on refill, reuse, and reduced waste wherever possible. our materials are designed to be recyclable, reusable, or compostable, and we work closely with certified partners to minimise environmental impact.

your wick and wick holder are both located inside the candle wax pouch and must be removed before heating.

we offer $12 flat-rate shipping australia-wide, with complimentary shipping on orders over $135.

orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours via australia post on business days (monday to friday, excluding public holidays).
once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location.
during sale and holiday periods, dispatch times may extend by 2–3 business days. we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

at this time, we do not offer international shipping. -
we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind, sale items, gift cards, or limited-edition products.
if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@reativ.au within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue. we’ll review your request and guide you through the next steps.
if approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
