your referral link is unique to you and your account, and there is no limit on the amount of times you can send and receive a $10 referral discount. the more you share, the more you save. as noted above you can only use one coupon per transaction.

if you're an existing customer and your reward points haven't migrated:
1) ensure you have created an account with the same email you used to purchase.
2) email support@reativ.au to let us know and we'll sort it out for you.

reward points expire after 720 Days of inactivity. simply make a purchase in this time to keep your points active for another 720 days. we'll remind you via email 15 days before your points expire.
